First of all we will have a sit down consultation with you about what style and ideas you have have in mind for your scooter, wether it be a mod, racer, a cut down skinhead style or wether you want the style the scooter was originally built in. Its entirely up to you. If you have a vision of how you want your scooter to look and run then come and see us and between us we'll decide the best route to take. Taking into consideration your situation, budget and timescale. Also, whether you wish to buy a bike from us for your restoration or if its your own bike that you want to use. At the end of the day, its you that makes the final decision. We are here, just to advise and steer you in the right direction.
We have a large selection of unrestored vespas and lambrettas for you to pick from if you choose to buy one of our scooters for your project.
Once we take the scooter off you then its in safe hands and as mentioned before we will only let the scooter leave the premises for sand/glass bead blasting or other work agreed with the customer beforehand so you can rest assured your pride and joy is in safe hands.
Once it's back it's dry built and holes or cracks are filled and any required welding work is undertaken.
After that it’s taken to our on-site paint shop were it is stripped back down, etch primed and then high build primed.
The scooter is then drip coated, flattened back down, repainted and then lacquered.
